Commission Art Piece
A painting made personal
I welcome commissions that hold personal meaning, preserve a memory, or celebrate a meaningful connection. Whether it is a portrait of a beloved pet, a person, or a place tied to a particular moment in your life, each work is approached with care and attention to its individual story.
Working primarily in oil painting, drawing, and other selected media, I develop each piece through a thoughtful process of composition, material exploration, and refinement. My aim is to create a work that feels personal and lasting—something to live with, return to, and find meaning in over time.
TYPES OF COMMISSIONS
Portraits — Individual portraits or paintings of multiple people.
Pet Portraits — A painting of your beloved companion, capturing their character and presence.
Personal Memories — A meaningful moment, a favorite place, or a scene you would like to preserve.
Other Ideas — If you have a concept that does not fit these categories, you are welcome to share it. I am open to discussing different subjects and media.
THE COMMISSION PROCESS
01 — Inquiry
Complete the commission inquiry form below. Please share your idea, preferred medium and size, budget, and any reference images or relevant details.
02 — Discussion & Quote
I will review your inquiry and contact you to discuss the concept, scale, medium, timeline, and pricing. Each commission is quoted individually according to its requirements.
03 — Confirmation & Deposit
Once the details and quote are agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the commission and begin the project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before the artwork is shipped or delivered.
04 — Creation
The artwork will be developed through a considered process of composition, material exploration, and refinement. Any agreed-upon updates or review points will be discussed before work begins.
05 — Completion & Delivery
Once the artwork is complete and the remaining balance has been paid, I will arrange delivery or shipping. Delivery options and any applicable shipping costs will be discussed in advance.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Each commission is priced individually based on the medium, dimensions, complexity, and scope of the project.
A 50% deposit is required after the project details and final quote have been confirmed. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before delivery or shipping.
The project timeline, payment arrangements, and any applicable shipping costs will be discussed and confirmed before the commission begins.
TIMELINE
Completion time varies depending on the medium, size, complexity, and current studio schedule. An estimated timeline will be provided during the consultation process.
If you have a specific date in mind, please include it in your inquiry. I will let you know whether it can be accommodated.
SHIPPING
Completed paintings are carefully packaged for delivery. Shipping options and costs depend on the size of the artwork and the destination.
I welcome commission inquiries from both local and international clients.
